Restore purchases

Paste the order ID from your receipt email. Cosmetic packs come back on any device. Snack packs can't be restored — snacks get spent, so re-adding them would hand out the same purchase twice. Bring those across with a transfer code instead.

Moving to a new device

A transfer code carries everything: snacks, best score, streak and items. Copy it here, paste it there. Loading a code replaces what is on the device you paste into, so do it on the new phone, not the old one.
